How is the price of a mosque carpet calculated?

Every masjid carpet is woven to order and priced per square metre. Your exact price depends on the material (wool or acrylic), the density and weight tier you choose, the total area of your prayer hall, and your destination and shipping terms. Send us your hall size and we reply with a detailed quotation — usually within one business day.

What does a mosque carpet quotation include?

Our quotations include the price per m² for your chosen construction, the total price including delivery and — if requested — professional installation, thermal underlay options for cold floors, the delivery time, and a planned prayer-row layout for your hall. There are no hidden costs: the figure we quote is the figure you pay.

Do you offer discounts for mosques and non-profits?

Accepted Answer

Most of our customers are mosques, Islamic centres and non-profit organizations, and we keep our pricing fair and transparent for exactly this reason. Larger prayer halls also benefit from volume pricing — mention your organization and total area in the inquiry form and we will include our best terms in your quotation.

Question 4

Wool or acrylic — which one should we choose?

Accepted Answer

Both are very popular with mosques in Europe. Acrylic is a little softer underfoot, while wool carries a non-flammability certification (EN 13501-1, Cfl-s1) that acrylic does not. Both are highly durable with a lifespan of more than 20 years, and both are woven at equally high quality weights. If fire certification is not a requirement for you, acrylic gives you a slightly softer carpet; otherwise wool is the classic choice.

How thick are the carpets, and are they comfortable to pray on?

Our carpets are 16 mm thick with a dense, resilient pile. They are comfortable for the knees and forehead during sujood and stand up to daily congregational use.

Our prayer hall has a cold floor — what do you recommend?

Accepted Answer

For halls in colder climates we recommend a textile underlay beneath the carpet. It blocks the cold rising from the floor and adds extra cushioning, keeping the musalla comfortable even in winter. Mention it in your inquiry and we will include it in your quotation.

Will the design give us clear prayer rows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our saff (prayer-arch) designs mark each worshipper's place individually, while line-strip designs organize clean, straight rows across wide halls. We plan the row layout from your floorplan so the pattern aligns precisely with your qibla wall.

Question 8

Do you offer installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we provide professional installation (montage) with our own experienced crew, who travel to your site and fit the carpet, underlay and mihrab panels precisely to your prayer-hall plan. Installation is quoted as an additional cost upon request; just tick 'Professional installation' in the inquiry form.

How long do the carpets last under daily use?

Both our wool and acrylic constructions are woven for heavy congregational traffic and have a lifespan of more than 20 years with normal care. High pile weight and dense weaving keep the pattern crisp and the pile standing for decades.

Question 10

Are the carpets fire certified?

Accepted Answer

Our wool series is certified non-flammable according to EN 13501-1 (Cfl-s1), making it ready for European public-building requirements and tenders. The acrylic series does not carry a fire certificate.

How does shipment work?

Accepted Answer

We work with ex works, FOB and CIF/DAP shipment terms. Most customers prefer our fixed price according to CIF/DAP — the carpet arrives at your port or delivered address with all transport arranged and paid by us. If you prefer to organize your own freight, ex works and FOB are available as well.

Can you help with customs clearance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We prepare the full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any certificates your customs authority requires — and guide you through the clearance process so there are no surprises on arrival.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time is 5–6 weeks, starting from the day we receive the first payment. Every carpet is woven to order in your chosen design, colorway and size.

Question 14

What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

We usually work with 50% upfront with the order and the remaining 50% before shipment. Your carpet only ships once the balance is settled and you have approved the finished goods.

Question 15

Can we inspect the carpet before it ships?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Before shipment we can arrange a live video call for a final inspection of your finished carpet — or you are welcome to visit our factory in Turkey and inspect it in person. Nothing ships until you are satisfied.
