About this design
The design is anchored by a ten-pointed star formed through the intersection of elongated kite-shaped panels arranged in perfect rotational symmetry. Each panel is densely filled with classical rumi arabesque motifs — curling split-leaf scrolls and fluid vine tendrils — creating a rich yet ordered surface texture. Small diamond lozenges punctuate the outer corners of each section, adding rhythmic geometric contrast to the organic scrollwork.
The overall medallion structure suits large-format single-piece carpets for main prayer halls, where the centrally placed star draws the eye toward the qibla axis. The strong geometric framework also makes it an excellent choice for oversized mihrab-wall feature carpets or wide corridor runners produced in a saff repeat format.
For importers: the design is engineered on a modular grid, allowing seamless scaling across standard mosque carpet widths (100 cm to 500 cm) without distortion of the star geometry. Available in machine-woven heat-set polypropylene; EN 13501-1 fire classification documentation supplied on request.
