About this design

The design presents a generous plain field that draws the eye inward, framed at its lower register by two precisely engineered horizontal border bands. The upper band features a fine, continuous arabesque frieze of slender curvilinear stems, teardrop pendants, and small floral finials that repeat seamlessly across the full carpet width. The lower band is bolder in scale, composed of interlaced rumi scrolls and split-palmette motifs forming a dense, rhythmic interlocking pattern with strong visual weight.

This line-strip layout is ideally suited to main prayer halls where long saff rows benefit from a calm, uncluttered field, and to corridor installations where the horizontal banding reinforces directional flow toward the mihrab wall. The dual-band border hierarchy also complements mihrab-wall accent pieces when coordinated within the same collection.

The carpet is produced in a standard broadloom repeat that allows roll-to-roll matching with minimal waste, simplifying large-volume installation projects.
