The design presents a vast, uninterrupted plain field that draws the eye forward and creates a sense of calm and spaciousness within the prayer hall. At the lower register, a structured border strip anchors the composition with a continuous horizontal repeat of large rosette medallions encircled by dense petals and foliage, separated by smaller floral nodes and delicate leaf sprays. Above the medallion row, a secondary band of upright tulip-and-teardrop finials rises on arching stems, adding a refined vertical rhythm to the transition zone between field and border.

This layout is ideally suited to main prayer halls where uncluttered saff rows are required, as the plain field keeps prostration lines clear while the ornamental border defines the carpet's edge with traditional Ottoman-Anatolian character. It also works beautifully along mihrab walls and wide corridors where the border strip aligns with architectural skirting.
