About this design
This design pairs a completely plain, unadorned field with a single horizontal border band running along the lower edge. The border features a continuous repeat of oval cartouches framed by interlocking floral rosettes, delicate arabesques, and fine geometric connector motifs drawn from classical Ottoman manuscript tradition. Each cartouche unit is separated by a small four-petal floral medallion, creating a rhythmic, measured cadence across the full width.
The minimal field makes this design ideal for large main prayer halls where visual calm and a sense of spaciousness are priorities. The ornamental border provides sufficient architectural definition to guide worshippers' rows without visual distraction, and the design also performs well in wide corridor installations where a strong horizontal line is desirable.
For importers, the plain-field construction allows straightforward roll-to-roll production with minimal pattern-matching waste, reducing installation costs significantly. Available in ten colorways; custom widths from 100 cm to 500 cm can be accommodated on request.
