About this design
The field is intentionally plain and uninterrupted, creating a calm, meditative surface ideal for rows of worshippers. The defining element is the horizontal border band running along the lower edge, composed of a repeating interlocked diamond-and-octagon chain motif with small circular dot accents, all contained within crisp parallel guard stripes.
This layout suits main prayer halls where visual simplicity and saf (row) discipline are priorities, as well as corridor and transitional spaces where a strong linear border provides directional guidance. The border's geometric vocabulary also complements mihrab-wall panels without competing with architectural ornamentation.
The design is produced in a standard broadloom repeat, making site-specific cutting and seaming straightforward for installers. Available across ten colorways; importers should request the full swatch card to match existing interior finishes. EN 13501-1 fire-classification documentation is available upon request.
