About this design
The design presents a broad, uninterrupted plain field that draws the eye toward a single bold border band running horizontally across the lower register. That border is built from a tightly interlocking repeat of six-pointed star forms and arrow-head connectors, creating a seamless chain of positive-negative geometric tension characteristic of classical Anatolian tile work.
The stark contrast between the open field and the dense lattice border makes this pattern highly versatile: the plain field provides a calm, distraction-free prayer surface for main-hall saff layouts, while the structured border anchors rows visually without competing with mihrab wall decoration. Corridor and gallery installations benefit equally from the strong horizontal rhythm the border strip provides.
Available in ten colorways and woven to EN 13501-1 fire-classification standards, this design ships in standard broadloom widths suitable for direct cut-and-lay installation. Importers should note the border's repeat unit is short, allowing precise mitering at room corners with minimal wastage.
