About this design
The design presents a smooth, texture-free field that occupies the dominant portion of each saff row, creating a calm, distraction-free prayer surface. At the lower edge, a precisely rendered border band carries an interlocking star-and-petal lattice rooted in Andalusian geometric tradition, with a finer chain-link guard stripe framing it beneath.
This format is particularly well-suited to main prayer halls where visual unity across wide expanses is paramount, as well as corridors and overflow galleries where a strong horizontal rhythm guides worshippers. The unadorned field ensures that the ornamental border reads as a clear row-divider without competing with mihrab architecture.
For importers, the single-repeat border structure simplifies cut-and-seam installation and reduces offcut waste significantly. The design is available in ten colorways and can be supplied in broadloom rolls; EN 13501-1 fire classification documentation is available upon request.
