About this design
This saff design presents a repeating arcade of five pointed arches per panel, each supported by slender fluted columns rising from a shared baseline. The arch spandrels are filled with delicate floral and leaf motifs, while the column capitals and bases carry fine geometric banding. The open field within each arch provides a calm, uncluttered prayer space that draws the worshipper's focus forward.
The lower register is anchored by a wide, densely woven arabesque border featuring interlocking scrolling vines and palmette clusters — a strong visual terminus that grounds the entire composition. This footer border can be aligned to the front edge of the prayer row, making it equally effective in main halls, wide mihrab walls, and long corridor installations where a continuous arcade rhythm is desired.
For importers: the design is engineered as a modular saff repeat, allowing roll widths to be seamed seamlessly side-by-side to cover any hall width without pattern interruption. Available in eight colorways; specify colorway code at time of order.
