Saf Arcade — Pointed-Arch Colonnade Prayer Row Design
A repeating row of pointed arches supported by slender fluted columns, set against a fine dotted field — a timeless saff layout for congregational mosque interiors.
About this design
The design presents a continuous arcade of pointed horseshoe arches, each resting on paired fluted columns with decorative capitals and bases. The arch intrados is filled with a small-dot diaper pattern, while the spandrel field repeats the same fine dot lattice across the full ground, creating visual unity between the prayer rows. A bold striped border with dot-and-diamond trim frames the bottom edge, anchoring the composition.
This saff format is engineered for main prayer halls where straight worshipper alignment is essential. The arcade motif also reads beautifully along mihrab-facing walls and wide corridor runners, where the colonnade rhythm reinforces the architectural perspective of the space.
Available in 8 colorways; all variants share identical pile height and density, simplifying mixed-lot orders. Importers should specify total saff width and row count at the time of inquiry to receive accurate cut-length pricing.
